14 Jan GAZA - WHAT HAPPENED public meeting The Gaza Relief Convoy Experience
An illustrated talk by convoy driver Zuber Hatia WHEN: 7.30 pm, Thursday Jan 14th
WHERE: Portsmouth Central Library, Third Floor,Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, P01 2DX.
For further information contact Jenny Flintoft:023 9241 3358 email:flintoftjenifer@yahoo.co.uk
Having delivered their aid, spending a day or so in Gaza, the convoy got out to Cairo airport under the usual Egyptian security restrictions and confusion. Some have got to Istanbul, greeted with cheering crowds. What great support the Turks, people and government, have given throughout all the vicissitudes encounterted! Others kept penned up in a rather smelly part of the airport. Odd man out seems to be our Zuber, who is spending the night in Cairo, returning to catch his flight tomorrow, already booked. Learn all about it at his talk Thursday evening, Zuber will have a tale to tell. No mention of Peter Venner, driving the other Solent vehicle. Oh, forgot to mention that George Galloway got deported. Not a man to be put down: "Always an honour to be deported by a tin-pot dictator". Thur

We should get the time and more details of venue before 18 January. If not ask Ruddock direct.Mon

If you believe Israel has comitted war crimes against innocent civilians, PLEASE contact the Foreign Secretary, David Miliband NOW to ask why he is rewarding Israel with impunity, when this country has an obligation under the 4th Geneva Convention to deter war crimes by charging ALL suspected war criminals, not just those who aren't our "strategic allies" or personal friends. Or call the Foreign Office on 0207 008 1500. Doing both is even better. Thur

1953: Israeli military unit commanded by Ariel Sharon cordon off & shell the Palestinian village of Qibya, killing 67 civilians.
Sun 14 Feb Adam commemorated this day by advertising details of the Zionist Terrorist murders on the internet and also outside his house, including flying the Palestine National Flag at half mast. It was a VERY sad day indeed, as we remembered ALL the terrorist attacks against Palestinian civilians and the daily terror they endure at the hands of an ever more brutal, racist and violent Radical-Zionist Terrorist Regime.
We remembered that the first terrorists in the region were the Radical-Zionists(some of the people they murdered were my Grandfather's friends in the King David Hotel in Jerusalem) and we remember that the for every Palestinian armed resistance act of killing and maiming of innocent civilians there are over 100 times more attrocities committed by Israeli Terrorist Regime. We condemn ALL VIOLENCE, especially towards unarmed innocent civilians on either side.

Tue 23 Feb Tue Wed 24 Feb Wed 1994 30 Palestinians massacred & over 100 injured while they knelt in prayer at the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron. PLEASE COMMEMORATE, maybe a flag at half mast or a notice in your front window or car. We remember today that the first Terrorists in the region were the invading Jews, who are still committing "civil" & state atrocities. Sad but true & still SHAMEFULLY rewarded by USA & EU who pay BILLIONS direct to Israel & also BILLIONS more to rebuild the infrastructure they destroy with their shells, bombs & missiles.

Thank you to ALL the brave moderate Jews who are speaking out. The radical Zionist government & their followers are themselved anti-semitic as they dishonour the good name of Judaism. We love the Jewish people, we love the Muslim & Christian people. We DO NOT love Apartheid & Segregation & humiliation of the Indigenous population & the CRUEL BAN on their right to return to their homelands.

1 March Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) is an annual international series of events held in cities and campuses across the globe. The aim of IAW is to educate people about the nature of Israel as an apartheid system and to build Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns as part of a growing global BDS movement.
Israeli Apartheid Week (IAW) took place in more than 40 cities across the globe. IAW 2009 happened in the wake of Israel's barbaric assault on the people of Gaza. Lectures, films, and actions made the point that these latest massacres further confirm the true nature of Israeli Apartheid. IAW 2009 continued to build and strengthen the growing Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement at a global level.
Join us in making 2009 a year of struggle against apartheid and for justice, equality, and peace.
